Home | Flight Training | Aircraft | Sun -N- Fun 2006 Aircraft I've gotten to fly in (and yes, to fly, in some cases) many different types and models of aircraft over the years. Following are a few that I happen to have photos of.... Diamond DA-20 C1 - Low wing, two seat, composite airframe. My training aircraft at Bode Aviation.
Very responsive aircraft. T-tail, low wings, and molded fuselage
Grob 103A Twin II Acro sailplane. A friend of mine owns Sundance Aviation, in Moriarty, NM. He invited me up for an orientation flight. Very exciting, but quite rough on the day we flew. I did fly a bit, but got to feeling very queasy, and we cut the flight short. A really unique composite aircraft from Russia, the Sigma. But for a base price of $90.000, it should be unique! What I hope to build. Someday. CH-601 With a Corvair engine - Built by Phil Maxson - click on the photo for a short movie of this plane.
More to come.... Dave's Flying Pages
